Enlist in =MoD= Clan

Welcome, So you are looking to join a clan. Well here you will find the information that you need to become eligble to join =MoD=. We have lots of people requesting to enlist within the =MoD=, however they are not doing what needs to be done to join a clan at all. So if you can not meet the requirements of the Ruels of Enlistment, please don't waste your time. We give everryone opportunity to allow for circumstances that may arise to include but not limited to: area in which you live, your job, college or schooling requirements or other things that may come up out of the blue or not forseen.

****** Initial membership dues of $10.00 USD will be due at acceptance of membership into the clan. Monthly Dues of $5.00 USD will be due at the 1st of each month there after.
All members will setup an paypal account and forward your pay-pal info (i.e.. should be your registration email only) to the XO for entry into the auto monthly reminder.
61 days without paying membership dues will be grounds for dismissal of any and all clan members, exceptions will be considered by the Clan CG, DCG, XO – majority rules.

So if you are ready and can be an asset by all means place your application.

BE SURE TO READ THE =MoD= Code of Conduct, and Register in the =MoD= Death Forum

Now that you have decided to enlist into the =MoD= Mercenaries of Death Clan. You will be considered for enlist. No it’s not like joining the Military. All the paper work, physicals, tests or things of that nature will not be done here. However by requesting to enlist you agree to abide by the following rules:

1) You must be at least 20 years old or older and mature acting. We do not care whether you are male or female.Players between the ages of 15 to 18 years old will be accepted on a case by case basis.
2) You must also be fimiliar with the BF2 Rules of Conduct. The Rules of Conduct will be adhered to by all members of =MoD= and players on the =MoD= Game Server.
3) You must also be fimiliar with the =MoD= Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct will be adhered to by all members of =MoD=.
4) YOU WILL NOT have on your Computer and WILL NOT USE any Cheats, Bots, Hacks, Scripts or Glitches of any kind what so ever. If you are caught using, passing, testing or giving out information to the where a-bouts of any of the fore-mentioned you will be brought before a Board of Inquiry (BI) for removal from the clan, along with the information sent to the appropriate forum (EA Sports, PunkBuster, PsB and PBBans) for a ban from Battlefield community.
5) You must disclose any pryor bans on your GUID, PID and Nick along with any Alais(s) you have been using. (We will search this). If you have a Global Ban by PunkBuster, EA Sports, PBBans then don't apply.
6) Must NOT belong to or applied to (pending approval while applying to =MoD=) any other Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 SF or Battlefield 3 Clan
8) Must NOT apply to another clan while a member of =MoD= Mercenaries of Death. If you so desire to become a member of another clan you can resign.
9) To follow and abide by the =MoD= Clan Organization and Command Structure of =MoD=.
10) Must be an ACTIVE PLAYER. Meaning that you play at least 2 to 3 times a week. (Clans are only successful if the members are playing on the server regularly and together).
11) Must attend all Training Games unless excused by your Commander, or =MoD=CG, =MoD=DCG, =MoD=XO, =MoD=E-CG or =MoD=W-CG
12) Will not be associated with or go to any STAT PADDING Servers regardless of the reason.

Pre-Requistes for Enlistment

1)** You must play on the =MoD= Game Server at a Minimum of 2 times a week
2)** Attend the Screening/Training game weekly.

A evaulation game will be held on Sunday of every week if necessary. You must check the =MoD= Death Forums under the Enlist Category and the topic of Pending Enlistment. Here you will find the date time of the next Screening game. YOU MUST ATTEND A SCREENING GAME WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR APPLICATION DATE OR YOU WILL BE DENIED ENLISTMENT. THIS WILL ALLOW THE OTHER MEMBERS TO MEET YOU, YOU TO MEET THEM AND GIVE THE E.C. (Enlistment Committee) THE ABILITY TO EVAULATE YOUR SKILLS AND POTENTIAL AS A MEMBER OF =MoD=.
This game will be scheduled with the clan as soon as possible and you must check the forums for the date and time of the next screening game. stating day and time. Server may or may not will be locked for you and the =MoD= members.
Goto =MoD= Death Forum and register. DO THIS AS SOON AS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR REQUEST, THIS IS MANDATORY!!!!! You will be entered into the user group of PE (Pending Enlistment). This forum group will allow you access to information you may need to have for the Screening Game.
If you can not make the game, please following the instructions in the forum AND LETS US KNOW!!!!
REMEMBER YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM YOU APPLICATION DATE TO ATTEND THE SCREENING GAME, OR YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

3) Become a registered Channel Operator in Team speak or Ventrilo
4) Added to the members page of the website
5) Added to the =MoD= Members only area of =MoD= Death Forums
6) Reserve game slot. Server will never be full for our members

1) Adhere to and follow the =MoD= Code of Conduct and the BF2 Rules of Conduct.
2) Always display the =MoD= tag while playing BF2 or BF2 SF or AIX regardless of server you are playing on
3) Join the =MoD= forums and participate in them
4) Promote the =MoD= Game Server and Website
5) Attend training sessions once a week unless dismissed prior to the scheduled training session
6) Report any and all suspicions of game cheats with screenshots through the forum
7) Play the server when ever there is a game going and you login to play
8) Logon to the =MoD= Death Server before logging into any other game server to play
8) Will not participate or play on any STAT PADDING Servers

We reserve the right to change without notice the above terms and conditions as well as incentitives.
All members will recieve the change once it has been published.
All changes will be effective and published immediately when agreed upon by the =MoD= Enlistment Auditing Committee
