The following Map List is what we have in rotation of the Game Server. We currently have taken out the new Highway Tampa Map. Seems a lot of people haven't downloaded it yet. Even though it is a good map to play. We also have removed the Booster / Expansion Maps from Armored Fury and Euro Force. Seems that not many people have the Booster / Expansion packs so instead of dropping everyone we decided not to and keep them playing on our server.
We will not skip maps unless a vote is taken and the map vote succeeds to go to that map. We know that some like to play nothing but AIR maps, others like combination of Air and Infantry maps. However we are here to try to please everyone.
These maps are in order of rotation. You will play 2 rounds each before moving to the next map. So here they are:
Each map is set to largest are, ie size 64, or the largest area that the maps offer. We believe in making the game fair and as good as possible.
BF2 Maps
The following is just a little from the BF2S Wiki Maps. There you can get a complete breakdown of everything you will ever want to know about Battlefield 2. The way the armies, maps, vechicle and spawn points are laid out.
Our game server runs Battlefield 2 with the booster pack maps.At times we will venture over and play BF2: SF. Probably even change the server over for a short period. But for now its BF2.
Not only knowing where you are going, but knowing what is there is 2 of the most important aspects of being a good soldier. Learning the maps hiding places, sniper points, choke points can be very valuable to you in many ways. So take the time to get fimiliar with them here or go to BF2S Wiki Home and do it there.
